The Smarter Hello website (the "Site") is owned and operated by Foundation5, doing business as Smarter Hello ("Smarter Hello," "Foundation5," "our," "we," or "us"). At Smarter Hello, safeguarding your privacy is a priority. This Privacy Policy describes our practices and policies associated with any information that we may collect from you, or that you may share with us, when you access and use the Site, when you communicate with us by phone, text/SMS, or email, and through your use of any Smarter Hello software application(s) (the "Software") or any related products, content, media, and/or services made available to you through the Site and/or the Software (the "Related Materials").
